FOLLOW THE SUN. GO WHERE THE LIGHT IS. DO IT. I came in knowing nothing of how to grow or what I had or what I was missing, and walked out with a game plan and exactly what I need, informed and excited to start growing🪴🎉 GREAT PRICES, OVERLY HELPFUL, SO HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, VARIETY OF PRODUCTS Idk if you can see what time it is, but it's after closing hours, and I just walked out now-- this is because I came in late and they stayed open way after close to help me, and were so thorough, and didn't rush me for a second, next time tell me to get out and you're closing, you guys seriously you're too nice!! Incredibly honest-- a rarity these days-- to let me know what I have already is enough for right now. He showed me what the upgrades, alternatives, etc., would be and explained what the upsides and downsides would be, what I would need, what I might want, and when. For this reason I will 100% be coming back to get that upgrade (don't forget to call me when that special part you ordered comes in!) I cannot thank you enough. I'll be bothering you for the next long while with all my stupid questions and your be helping me fix all my mistakes I make in this process lol heads up.

Decided to check this place out because I needed a specific soil and they had it. Upon entering everyone was very welcoming and courteous. I’ve been back 2 times since than and each time I learn something new. Amazing place with great products and great people

Great staff, very knowledgeable, friendly too. They are welcoming and don't make me feel intimidated when I ask really simple questions. They share their knowledge openly and have a great assortment of products that are well priced. Don't judge them by their location or initial storefront appearance, Follow the Sun is a hidden gem worth exploring and embracing.

As awesome as described! Great place for all your growing needs, whether an expert or a beginner. As a complete newbie, Francisco was nice enough to recommend a user-friendly way to grow Thai Basil and Cilantro given the constraints of living in NYC. The prices were more than fair and the staff kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Can't wait to see how the new hobby goes. Thanks guys!
